Oath of Office

Janice Weiner and Laura Bergus will take the oath of office ahead of their service as at-large city councilors in Iowa City, and the public is invited to join them.

On Jan. 2, 2020, Bergus and Weiner will join Susan Mims, Mazahir Salih, Pauline Taylor, Bruce Teague and John Thomas on Iowa City's city council. Their terms end at the end of 2024.
